The 28 Days of Clean Eating Challenge is a guided experience for anyone ready to feel clear, energized, and well supported as the year begins.
Starting January 5th, you’ll move through a four-week reset alongside a small group, with four live group coaching sessions held on Fridays at 11am EST on Zoom. These live meetings offer structure, accountability, and space for thoughtful conversation, questions, and guidance as clean eating becomes part of daily life.
You’ll also receive a comprehensive bundle of supporting materials, including day-by-day meal guidance, grocery lists, and practical tools, designed to simplify the process and reduce decision fatigue.
